My guest's Fried Haddock and Chips were piping hot. The batter was lightly seasoned, crispy.perfectly done. The haddock was moist. The crunchy, fried, exterior provided the perfect counterpoint on the clean, white, flavor on the delicate, flaky, fish. Gooey.
