The fox normally features a buyer in mind, or even an order, before he commits his crime. He'll normally arrive with the necessary tools, may perhaps probably have established that you what he wants some days ahead of time. His timing in order to be impeccable, and in case disturbed he can have a plausible reason for being at hand. The best protection against the fox is vigilance and common sense.
